Join the Chat: Growing Up Online is a free evening event taking place in Newcastle at Maybrook House on Tuesday 19th May, 4:30–7:30 PM.

This is a great opportunity for young people to have their voices heard in an open, supportive conversation about life on the internet: the good, the challenging, and everything in between. Topics may include social media, online safety, identity, and mental wellbeing. This is a chance for young people’s views to be heard loud and clear, which will be shared with decision makers and the Department for Science, Innovation, and Technology.

Whether you work with teens in school, youth clubs, community settings, or support groups, we’d love to have your group involved. The event is designed to be engaging and accessible, and we want the conversation to be shaped by the young people who attend.
