Babies and children with complex care and support needs continue to be identified as one of the most vulnerable groups of children. It is vital that ALL professionals have a good understanding of how to respond when there are concerns about their safety. Join the NSCP and colleagues from health who will provide an update to the Bruising in Immobile Children Protocol. This session is for EVERYONE, not just those who work with babies and children with disabilities. Bruising in Immobile Children is rare, but requires prompt safeguarding responses. It is vital that all partners know how to respond confidently to bruising in immobile children.
