Northumbria Police Information and Intelligence Sharing Form

The Partnership Intelligence Form is a tool for professionals to share intelligence with Northumbria Police about potential risks or concerns involving children, young people, or vulnerable adults. It is not a substitute for making a safeguarding referral to local services and should not be used in emergencies, which must be reported via 101 or 999.

The form collects detailed information such as names, ages, addresses, and descriptions of incidents, along with an evaluation of the source’s reliability and the information’s accuracy. Submissions are confidential, with no feedback provided, but all intelligence is valued as it may contribute to broader investigations.
