New 0-19 Pilot Until March 2027
The health visiting and school health service is an integrated service made up of locality teams of health visitors, public health school nurses, community staff nurses, nursery nurses, school health workers and nursing associates.
Through tis new pilot project the 0-19 service are focused on developing sustainable pathways and processes that can be embedded within the 0-19 Service moving forward. This will help ensure that support remains available to children, young people and families beyond March 2027, regardless of future commissioning arrangements.
