Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP) is the UK’s national policing network, working with MI5 and other partners to prevent, protect against, and respond to terrorist threats, focusing on disrupting plots, apprehending terrorists, and keeping the public safe through intelligence, investigations, and specialist support across the “four Ps”: Prevent, Prepare, Protect, and Pursue.
