Young People talking about Gender Based Violence

The Premiere of ‘Hear their Voices. Amplify their stories. Create and better world‘, a series of short poetry films written and performed by young people from the North Voice and Influence Team, will be held in the Council Chambers at Newcastle Civic Centre on Thursday 10th April 2025 from 4.30 – 6.00pm.

This is a partnership funded project between Safe Newcastle and Newcastle Arts Development and developed to explore gender-based violence, creatively supported by Roisin Crowley Linton.

At the event the young people will be part of a panel discussion following the films and their will be talks, plus an interactive art display.
