If you’re concerned about a child or young person in Newcastle, you can report your concerns online or by calling 0191 277 2500 during office hours (weekdays, 8:45 am to 5 pm).

For urgent issues outside these hours, contact the Emergency Duty Team at 0191 278 7878.

In immediate danger situations, always call the police on 999. Professionals working with children should follow established procedures to report concerns.
