This session aims to support practitioners to develop the skills\, confidence and practical tools to approach challenging conversations with clarity\, purpose and empathy. \nThis session is delivered jointly between Newcastle and Gateshead Safeguarding Children Partnerships. It is suitable for anyone working with children and families.
