SUMMARY:Level Three Safeguarding Children Training
DESCRIPTION:Level Three Safeguarding Training is aimed to supporting professionals who are likely to come into contact with child protection and safeguarding concerns through their work. It is expected that participants have already completed Safeguarding Children Level One and Two. If you are uncertain whether this training is suitable for you please refer to the Minimum Standards and Capability Framework in the Resource Library of the NSCP website. \nLevel Three Safeguarding Training will cover: \n\nA brief recap of safeguarding knowledge\nA focus on key learning from national and local reviews: including the importance of listening and responding to the voice of the child; and the importance of communication between professionals.\nRecord keeping\nWhat is Early Help and how can support be accessed in Newcastle.\nThresholds and levels of support.\nMaking a referral.
