Register Your Interest: NSCP Development Day 2026

The Newcastle Safeguarding Children Partnership (NSCP) is pleased to announce that our next Development Day will take place on Friday 27 November 2026.

This full-day event will bring together professionals from across Newcastle’s safeguarding partnership to learn, connect and explore how we can continue to strengthen our collective approach to safeguarding children and young people.

Effective safeguarding relies on strong multi-agency relationships, shared learning and a commitment to working together. The Development Day will provide an opportunity for colleagues from a wide range of sectors to come together, share experiences, consider current and emerging safeguarding issues, and strengthen the partnerships that help improve outcomes for children and families.

The event is open to professionals from all organisations with a role in safeguarding children and young people, including social care, education, health, police, voluntary and community organisations, and other partner agencies.

At this stage, we are inviting colleagues to register their interest in attending by registering for a ticket here. Completing this form does not confirm a place but will help us understand anticipated demand, shape the content of the day and ensure that the event reflects the needs and interests of our multi-agency workforce.
